Walter Suckau brings over a decade of international operational leadership through his work with HOPE International. His career has spanned multiple countries and continents, where he developed compliance systems and oversaw regional teams. He currently runs EcoLanco, an environmental services business focused on lead abatement and home safety, with 16 contractors and $1.2 million in annual revenue. Walter’s passion for environmental sustainability and his entrepreneurial success made expanding into the Green Home Solutions franchise system a natural next step. He is eager to grow his service offerings in the Lancaster region and collaborate with other franchise owners to enhance operations, client acquisition, and local impact. He will operate four franchise units in Lancaster, PA.

Sarah Embrey joins the system with more than 30 years of military service, including leadership, administrative, and training roles. Her husband, George, served 24 years in the U.S. Army and later pursued a variety of hands-on and service roles, including train conductor, swimming pool technician, and youth mentor. After searching for a business opportunity that allows them to work together and create long-term financial security, Sarah and George chose Green Home Solutions for its mission and non-toxic, science-based approach to clean indoor air. They will operate three franchise units in Clearwater, FL. The Embreys look forward to connecting with other franchise owners to learn proven start-up tactics and build a successful operation in their Florida market.
